Appeallure sells a one-time, self-service preparation report for a single Google Business Profile, priced at $39. The report contains a readiness verdict, prioritized findings, an evidence plan, and a factual explanation generated from the answers you provide.

• It does not access your Google account or request Google credentials.
• It does not edit your profile, submit an appeal, upload evidence, contact Google, or represent you.
• It does not create a file that Google has promised to accept as an upload. The report is a planning aid; you separately enter information in Google's appeal flow.
• It does not decide eligibility, reverse a suspension, or guarantee review timing or reinstatement.
• It does not provide legal advice or claim affiliation with Google.

Google alone decides whether to reinstate a Business Profile. Nothing in this report predicts, promises, or improves the odds of a particular decision, and we do not provide a probability or score. Appeallure is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

If the report was not generated, or the pre-check should have stopped you before payment and did not, email support@appeallure.com within 14 days and we will refund the purchase in full.

Because the report is delivered immediately and is generated from your own answers, we do not refund based on the verdict you received or the decision Google later makes.

Each purchase includes one re-check within 30 days. After you make corrections, reopen your case link, update the affected answers, and generate an updated report showing what is resolved, what remains, and anything newly identified. Your first report is kept unchanged.

We store your structured answers, the generated report, and a payment reference for 30 days, then delete them. Access is through your unguessable case link only.

We never ask for Google credentials, never accept document uploads, and never store full tax identifiers, license numbers, card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes. If free text appears to contain a credential, we remove it before storing.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation reference only; your card details never reach our systems.
